How to order a magnetron, spare parts for radar and gyrocompass

RadarStation supplies magnetrons, blocks and ZIP marine radar, gyrocompass, GMDSS equipment and satellite communications for ships in Russia and Kazakhstan. The order is made by one letter to office@radarstation.ru - There are no carts or forms on the site.

Write a request

1. What to Write in a Letter

• Positions and quantity SKU from the card on the site or part number.
• If there's no detail number - brand radar or gyrocompass, serial number and photo nameplate block. For a magnetron, the radar model and the serial number of the transmitter: we will select a compatible type from them.
• Ship or object Register class – RMRS or RKO: it depends on which certificate is needed for delivery.
• Requisites: organization, TIN or BIN, city and delivery address, contact person.

Not sure what part went wrong - describe what happens to the device ("the antenna does not turn", "picture flashes"), we will tell you what to check.

2. Response and selection

Answer during the working day: price, availability, position status (new, used with check on the stand, restored) and what documents will be for it. Upon request, we will send a photo of a specific unit, and on restored and used blocks - the act of verification before payment.

3. Invoice and payment

We issue an invoice when price and availability are agreed. Payment - non-cash payment including VAT, 100% prepayment. Individuals and small orders - by agreement.

4. Shipment and documents

Shipment - within 1-3 working days after confirmation of the order. In Russia, transport companies "Business Lines" and SDEC, in Kazakhstan - by agreement.

With delivery - closing documents: UPD (or invoice and invoice), equipment certificates, RMRS or RKO passports for the items where they are indicated.
