M1568B(J) and M1568BS: variants and spectrum monitoring
U M1568B(Jand M1568BS There are many published parameters, but Nisshinbo highlight M1568BS spectrum-controlled V9. For the owner of the radar, the task is to confirm the required configuration of the transmitting node. The coincidence of power and a similar body does not complete the selection.

What parameters are really the same?
The manufacturer pages for the M1568B(J) and M1568BS list 9380–9440 MHz, peak power of 25 kW, fill factor of 0.001 and pulse of 1.2 μs. Also indicated incandescent 6.3 V during warming up and 0.52 A, waveguide WR90 and weight 0.7 kg.
This set is sufficient for preliminary comparison of cards, but not to allow replacement. You need to check the applicable designation in the radar documentation, drawing, conclusions, mounting, pulse mode and cooling. The matching short lines of the catalog do not describe all the requirements of the transmitting path.
For configuration BS, the manufacturer allocates spectrum control
Nisshinbo relates M1568BS spectral-controlled V9. Such a characteristic cannot be transferred to a neighboring type only because of the similarity of the name. When ordering, indicate what configuration is provided by the documentation of your transmitting unit.
The name of the component series does not in itself confirm the approval of the entire radar or the possibility of any upgrade. Applicability and necessary documents are agreed for the specific configuration of the equipment. You should not promise the customer a new property of the system only on the basis of one line about the magnetron.
Transfer the letter marking without loss
In our catalog, the individual cards are named M1568b(J) and M1568b(S); in the Nisshinbo catalog, the second configuration is represented as M1568BS. In the request, it is useful to transfer the full marking of the installed product and attach its photo. Bringing the record to the short catalog name is agreed on the documents, preserving the original designation.
The image helps to see the hull and inscription, but does not confirm the batch supplied. The CP must clearly indicate the type, manufacturer, condition and documents. If a different suffix is offered, a basis of applicability to your node is required, not just a match of frequency and peak power.
How to accept quotation before shipment
Compare the proposed type with the manual or the list of spare parts, check the specified configuration and kit. Request confirmation of the actual position marking, delivery terms and documents your service needs. Separately agree on the procedure for the entrance check.
In the application, specify the radar and the transmitting unit, the installed designation, the number and the city. In the absence of some information, list the gaps. So the supplier will be able to clarify the position first, rather than send a quotation to a formally similar magnetron.
Questions before ordering
If the frequency and 25 kW match, is the replacement agreed?
Nope. Check the required configuration, radar documentation, installation and electrical parameters and operating conditions.
Is V9 spectrum control possible for any M1568B?
This characteristic is indicated only for configuration, confirmed by the manufacturer's documentation. The properties of the entire system are evaluated separately.
